Our process starts with an initial meeting where we’ll discuss your time-frames, expectations and ideal outcomes.

Analysis Report
We’ll inspect the property and determine its true market value through our detailed due diligence process.
We’ll go through the property and make recommendations on renovations, repairs, general maintenance and landscaping.
