I’m Ken Premtić,
the founder of Property Skills,
Your good-decision guardian, Advocate in shining armour,
and,
the Gandalf in your property journey.
I’m here to guide, protect, empower your property decisions and help you win your battles for you.
During my time as a buyer’s advocate, I’ve guided hundreds of buyers to make smart and savvy purchases across Melbourne.
I discovered most buyers go on their journeys alone without expert guidance either because they’re unaware of the value an experienced buyer’s advocate can provide or they feel confident enough to navigate the market on their own.
The problem is nearly all buyers have limited property-buying knowledge and experience.
This places the buyer at a massive disadvantage in the real estate transaction, with the vendor and agent gaining the unfair advantage.
A lack of experience and expert support leads most buyers to make uninformed or impulsive buying decisions, resulting in a costly mistake on one of the most significant financial investments they ever need to make.
I invented the Property Skills Program in 2019 to empower buyers to confidently trust in their ability to make educated decisions on their own.
Providing Aussie buyers with a more affordable alternative to getting professional support while making a broader impact than what I could do working with my clients 1:1.
Through my decade of experience in the industry, I learned the only way a buyer can truly make informed buying decisions is to either employ the services of an experienced buyer’s advocate or develop their own property skills through a training program.
My mission for Property Skills is to change the property-buying and selling landscape by educating buyers and permanently shift the balance away from the vendor and agent and back to the buyer.
Alongside the program, we’ve expanded our services to include buyer’s advocacy and vendor advocacy services in Melbourne.
