They work for the buyer and provide a range of services, including finding suitable properties, negotiating the price and contract terms, and providing advice and support throughout the process.
The goal of a buyer's advocate is to help their clients get the best possible property at the lowest possible price, while minimising stress and risks involved in the buying process.

There is an engagement fee at the commencement of the services.
Only after a property is purchased, there is a success fee payable.
The engagement fee is then offset against the success fee at the end of the services.
A fixed fee structure is available on request.
Acquisition Only service:
If you have a property in mind, the acquisition only process can take as little as 3 days.
It’s best to let us know as soon as possible so we have enough time to perform our checks and choose the best strategy.
Search and Acquisition service:
The search process can take as little as 2 weeks, and up to 6 months depending on the quality of stock given at that time.
The right property can come up at any time.
The average Property Skills buying journey is 6 weeks.
An off-the-plan property is a property not yet constructed.
We believe buying off-the-plan carries a considerable level of risk. Even with perfect due diligence, there’s a lot that can go wrong.
We like to focus on established properties (properties already built).
Property Skills can assist with land-only purchases.
An off-market or pre-market property is a property that is available for sale and not advertised online.
We have an extensive network of local agents to give you access to properties not publicly available.
Not all off-market & pre-market properties automatically make for good buying opportunities though. Most aren't good quality to begin with, or are overpriced with low owner motivation levels.
However, with the right eye some can make for excellent buying opportunities.

We aim to protect our clients in every way possible. But 99.99% of buyer’s agencies don’t go to the same due diligence lengths as we do. Which is why we’re confident our due diligence process is the most detailed in Australia.
